By purchasing from Modern Nappy Distributions (MND) the “Customer” agrees to comply with the following terms & conditions of trade:

a. Delivery/Shipping: Authority to leave goods
To receive home delivery or shipping the Customer must:
i. Give authority to MND to drop off nappies and other products at the customer’s premises if customer is not at home. 
ii. Provide specific directions for leaving goods if this is required, and authority/approval for left goods as part of the Customer Account information.
iii. MND uses contracted delivery agents and take no responsibility for delays to the delivery service. In the event, for whatever reason, deliveries are not made to a customer, within a reasonable period, MND will make every effort to track & follow up the delivery.

b. Payment for Home Delivery Services

Payments are to be made by credit card only, online or through MND’s facilities. (The customer must give authority to MND to debit monthly payments if monthly payments are to be made).

c. Customer information / Change of Details

The Customer must inform MND of any change to the customer’s details, by post or email, including shipping address, contact or billing details. If a Service is delivered to a Customer residence where the Customer is no longer a resident, the usual Service delivery fees as set out in the Customer Account information may be charged until MND is informed of changes.  

d. Returns

Please notify the MND if faulty items are received.  All faulty items must be returned to MND. MND will replace items in accordance with the manufacturers agreement. Customers must supply a receipt or proof of purchase.

e. General Indemnity

Any information provided by MND about products is provided by the Manufacturers of the products and to extent permissible by law, MND will not be liable for any misrepresentations or misleading information included in any promotional or advertising purposes. MND does not check the accuracy or legality of any information provided by the Manufacturer and will not be held responsible for any action or penalties that may follow from the use of materials including the products supplied by Manufacturers.
